  • Co-founded Pact Collective to address beauty industry recycling challenges.
  • More than 50,000 pounds of food donations during her work at Ollie.

Davis brings a wealth of experience and a trailblazing reputation in sustainability and ethical leadership to the role. Most recently, she served as Chief Impact Officer at human-grade pet food company Ollie, where she led large-scale sustainability and social impact projects, including animal welfare-focused sourcing programs, packaging innovation, and greenhouse gas assessments. During her tenure, Davis also launched successful food and waste diversion programs, which resulted in the donation of over 50,000 pounds of food to animal shelters.

Previously, Davis held influential roles across the clean beauty industry, including Vice President of Impact at Credo Beauty.
